Reminder - Meeting on 25th April 2009
Time : 10.00am -12 noon
Venue : Dewan Serbaguna , Menara PJH, Precint 2, Putrajaya
(On the left before the bridge to Mosque/PM's office square - adjacent to the small roundabout by MOF/ Royal Custom)

All are advised to arrive early - 9.30am - as there are documents to be completed. Photocopying services and helpful PJH as well as P11 HouseOwners Reps will be present.

P11 Meeting: Saturday 18th April 2009 Agenda: New SPA – Briefing for buyers by Putrajaya Homes / P


The above meeting was held successfully. Below are the salient points to be noted by ALL buyers , especially the ASTER Condo. buyers who are due for a similar meeting this Saturday 25th.April 2009.

i.Please refer to attachment. 1, for the list of documents that needed to be provided.
add. documents: “ HAK MILIK SEMENTARA” for the property if already available.

* attachment 1, also lists out the actions that will need to be done for the redevelopment of this
project.

ii.ACSB has been liquidated and its functions are in
the hands of the official liquidators.

iii.The Deed of Revocation will be prepared and signed by the “Liquidator” and will be ready together with the new SPA for the buyer to sign. This is expected to be ready in about 2 weeks.

iv.Buyers will need to take the signed Deed of
Revocation and the stamped new SPA to their financier to get the new Letter of Undertaking ( LOU )


v.Frequent asked questions are listed in attachment 2.

vi. Request for access to the project to see our houses
cannot be approved. This involves questions of safety,
thefts etc and legal liability on the part of the
developer. Guided visit or tour may be arranged.

v. For P11 house owners who could not make it last Saturday, pls try to make this Saturday meeting so we could speed up this project with all the paper work being updated.

Pjh Meeting with Aster Condo Owners


To all Aster Owners

Pls do come to the meeting on the Saturday 25 April 09 and update your particulars with PJH.
I was there last Saturday and it was very professionally handle.
The meeting will last 1 hour and a Q n A session will be held after that.
Pls bring all relevant documents pertaining to yr apartment.
You will need to sign 2 documents, TNB and Water release form.
They will be PJH staff to assist u and photocopy machines to copy yr documents.
Light refreshment will be served

The PJH building is opposite the Custom Building and Finance Ministry building next to the river. Ample parking space.

I will be there and a reminder for the contribution of RM 100 for our legal fund is much appreciated.

April 08 P11 Update

The latest developments on P11

1. The final draft of the new SPA has been approved and agreed upon by all parties The KSU of KPKT to sign official endorsement today or tomorrow.

2. PJH has obtained the licence to develope the project.

3. PJH meeting with the financiers on Wednesday 1st April 09, held with no problem.

4. PJH proposes meeting with buyers @ 10 am at Dewan Serbaguna , Menara PJH, Precint 2 , Putrajaya
i. Landed properties buyers -- Sat. 18th. April 09
ii. Strata titles- Aster Condo. buyers -- Sat. 25th April 09

Purpose i. Briefing for the buyers reg new SPA
ii. May be signing of new SPA.

All buyers will need to provide some details to be incorporated into the new SPA. A form is provided for this purpose.
Buyers will need to download the form from this website , fill it up and get the relevant document/ details for the above meeting.
Your full co operation is needed for this.

Please bring RM 100 for our contribution toward our group lawyer. We need to attend to outstanding bills TQ.
