Welcome to all owners of Precinct 11 Putrajaya.

This blog site was created to gather all relevant and updated information on this abandon project in the future city of Putrajaya.

We have set up a PROTEM committee to organize information for the many house owners of this project who seems not to be properly updated on the current status of the project.
Pls give your comment or 2 cents worth on this project. TQ

Things are moving. But we need everybody to cooperate to expedite procedures. More details of the latest developments are forthcoming. Do log in and do make it to the proposed meeting on Saturday 21 June 08 at 10 am at Putrajaya.

Thank you very much for creating this valuable website. We (the house buyers) must unite in order to get the key to our dream homes. We must fight all our rights stated in the S&P Agreement and the laws.

Would it be possible to accept the new SPA and at the same time take action to claim the LAD from Arif Cerah as I'm afraid the longer we wait, the lesser chance we can get any remaining $$ from Arif Cerah since we will be one of the last to receive any balance of $$ the company has?

Let's focus in getting the our beloved home built and given back to us.
After 2 years of delay the value of the houses surely have risen.
The first phase houses increasing in value by RM 40,000 when is was completed in 2006.
Focus on the value of our home when it is ready than NOT getting a home or LAD.
Get the house built first, whatever we have paid we then will get an asset valued increased by a least 20%. THINK about it.

For the meeting tomorrow, 19 Jun, I think we should not agree to accept the new SPA if PjH is not able to provide us with details of the new SPA.It would be unfair or disadvantage to the buyer.

This blog is indeed a big step step ahead for us buyers. I would like to thank everyone involved in the setting up of this blog. Now all we need is to get as many purchasers to at least visit the site.

On the issue with Putrajaya holdings, I believe we should at least state our concern now that they should at least include the compensation in the new SPA. After all they are the 'master developer' of Putrajaya and must be accountable for the delay.

As I understand it, PjH will include the standard LAD clause in the new contract. As for the LAD in the old contract signed with ACSB, it is still legally binding. In fact ACSB assured us at one of the mtg that they welcome submission of claims , even now. How much compensation ? No answer forthcoming.

ACSB welcome us to submit the claim but the chances of getting $$ from them is 0% as they have confirmed that their account currently has only RM126. Getting compensation from PjH, if possible, will be better chance for us to get $$.
