P11 UPDATE 21 October 2009

PJ Homes has started work on ALL the houses and apartments.

1. Garden Resort Homes are completed and Certificate of Fitness has been issued.

PJ Homes is in the process of handing over vacant possession:

Letters to the effect have been sent out to the buyers and their financiers. Expect to receive the letters soon.

Only one buyer has not signed the new SPA as yet.

2. Amber Homes.

Work are progressing well and on schedule.

There are still some buyers yet to sign the new SPA. We would like to appeal to those concerned to cooperate and do the needful.

3. Saujana Aster Apartments:

Work are on going to complete the project.

There are also a fair number of buyers who are yet to sign the new SPA. Those concerned please do the needful.

Note from PJH for those that do not sign the new SPA:

1. Reminders and ultimata will be sent out soon to those concerned.
2. Failing to respond within the specified time frame given, PJH will initiate procedures to repossess the properties accordingly.



4. Additional notes on Shoplots / Office

The buyers of the shop lots in Precint 11 have discussed amongst them and proposed to complete the construction of the shoplots with their own resources. In this connection, we have requested for a meeting with PJH to discuss this possibility and the implications.

PJH will be responding to the request soon.


Precint 11 , Putrajaya , are now freely accessible to the public. All are welcome to see the developments themselves. However , the houses under redevelopments are boarded up and off limit to the public. One may need to get permission from the site supervisor to go in.

Latest Updates:
Garden Resort Homes buyers have resceived the letters for taking over the vacant possession of their houses. Please note of the following.
1. Ensure the latest portion of payment as invoiced by the developer is settled, before the keys can be handed over.Please laise with the financiers / banks.
2. The assessement bill, TNB and Syabas deposit and processing fees also need to be settled within 14 days of the date of the notice given.
3. Meeting between Shoplots/office buyers with PJH is scheduled on
Tuesday 03,Nov. 09, @ 9am
