thanks to dr onny. I never know that we have this kind of comittee. this is very good. before this I thought I was alone and do not know where to report. I received invitation from KPKT on friday 20th june and the meting was held on thursday.. mr faizul of KPKT was kind enuff to explain everything and gave me dr onny's mobile. now I believe Im part of the system. Thanks guys..

My wife had planned to attend the meeting on Saturday but her car broke down Friday evening. I was outstation. We appreciate the efforts of this Committee and fully support all efforts to get the project completed. Please keep us updated and let us know how we can support the Committee further. I am kind of confuse now. If/when sign a new S & P with PJH, althought the price is still same, but do we need to pay another 10% downpayment or whatever amount we have paid to Arif Cerah to PJH again?

We will check on that matter but I think we need not pay another 10% downpayment. That should be stated in the new S and P which we all are waiting to see a copy from the developer soon.
