Updates P11 New S & P – 30 May2009

  1. New developer , PJH is now in the process of preparing the new SPA .

    There is some legal problem with the signing of the “ Deed of Revocation “ for the old SPA. As replacement , this document will be replaced by a “Termination Letter “ which will serve the same purpose. . A sample of these letters are posted here.

The financiers may also require the purchasers to sign a “supplemental

Agreement” to support this Termination Letter. This agreement will be prepared

for the purchasers

  1. Buyers are advised to submit ALL the relevant details as required by the new developer (PJH) as soon as possible, so that their new SPA can be prepared.

  1. The first batch of new SPA involving 14 buyers from Garden Resort are ready to

    for signing on Tuesday 2 June 09.
